We invite you to an evening at The Legacy Ranch, that will offer an unforgettable experience!

Featuring Master Chef Contestant and Caterer, Heather Wheeler, will be creating the menu and each farm to table course for us, with help from her extra special sous chefs and gardeners from our very own Adult
Life Skills program.

Chad Hauge will be our Bartender and Cocktail Curator for the evening. In addition to being the owner of Common Good Cocktail House, he has served as the Beverage Director for Michelin-Starred, Bib Gourmand, and best new cocktail program nominated and awarded restaurants (Longman & Eagle, Mott St., Common Good Cocktail House). His cocktails have been featured in bars from NYC to Austin to Louisville and poured at the United Center for Bulls and Blackhawks games. Chad’s work has been featured in books; magazines; TV; radio; and news including Vanity Fair, Wine Enthusiast, Rabbit Hole Magazine, The One Bottle Cocktail Book, WGN Radio/TV, NBC Chicago, Chicago Magazine, and the Chicago Tribune. Mr. Hauge was selected as one of three bartenders to represent the city of Chicago for the largest international cocktail festival, Tales of the Cocktail on Tour in Edinburgh, Scotland. Outside of his own bar’s social media channels, he’s been asked to develop cocktail Instagram videos and cocktail TikToks forThe Kitchn and has collaborated on a cocktail with celebrity and actor Lamorne Morris for charity. He’s also a trained clown

Ryan Shephard is an artist from Cincinnati, OH (now local to Chicago) whose experience ranges in a wide variety of musical genres and endeavors including working with and sharing the stage with bands and artists like Sublime with Rome, Richie Ramone of The Ramones, and Chance McCoy of Old Crow Medicine Show. He will be playing music throughout the night for guests.
